3. Application Function 
1. The desiccant dryer filling sealing machine combines desiccant spiral caps Automatic sorting,feeding,desiccant dryer gel filling into caps,cardboard hot sealing,NG cap detect & Rejection,counting functions in one line. Which replaces manual work, substantially raises the work efficiency.
2. The entire machine adopts PLC and  HMI control. The electrical control system adopts variable frequency control techniques, so it features random setting, wide applicable scope, simple operation, stable running, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance and strong durability.
3. Main machine drive system adopts mechanical transmission, which contributes to stable and reliable operation of the machine. It is applicable for caps of various specifications.
4. Cap are no damages during the processes in the machine, any wearing, scratches, pressing marks, greasy dirt or deformed caused by machine are deemed to be unqualified. 
5. Any cap without silica gel filling or seal liner will not be heating and sealing at heating station, to avoid cap waste. And these caps be rejected automatically to guarantee the certified rate.
6. End product unloading and counting the quantity. You can preset the quantity of one batch, when the counting number reaches the setting number, the machine can stop running automatically. The quantity may reset as well.
7. The machine meets all state Environmental safety, Machinery safety, Electrical safety standards. There are safety top covers, over load protection, Emergency pressing functions installed to protect operators.
8. Vibrator Cap feeders and belts connect with PLC panel under European standard.
