FR-HG1 flip cap closing and assembly machine
Description
1. Fully automatic machine for close flip-top caps which are not closed when produced from injection machine.
2. The entire machine adopts PLC control. The electrical control system adopts variable frequency control techniques, so it features random setting, wide applicable scope, simple operation, stable running, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance and strong durability.
3. Adopts one set of vibratory disk feeder to sort messy caps in order.
4. Adopts one set of linear vibrator to deliver ready caps sorted by vibrator disc to main machine for closing.
5. Main machine drive system adopts mechanical transmission, which contributes to stable and reliable operation of the machine. It is applicable for caps of various specifications.
6. No damages to caps during the working processes in the machine, any wearing, scratches, pressing marks, greasy dirt or deformed caused by machine are deemed to be unqualified.
7. The machine has the function of automatic detection of finished products. Caps not well closed will be rejected through rejection tube to guarantee the conformance rate of caps.
8. End product unloading and counting the quantity. You can preset the quantity of one batch, when the counting number reaches the setting number, the machine can stop running automatically. The quantity may reset as well.
9. Control system uses touche screen, the flow and the fault automatic demonstration, the operation is easy.
10. There is a cap shortage stop function, when vibrator disc out of caps and no cap feed to main machine, the main machine will stop running automatically; and when cap refeed, the machine will restart automatically.
