Control system adopts Siemens programmer, Liquid crystal display all kinds of state and parameter display clear. The equipment structure profile is reasonable, easy to operate. This machine has the following features:

1. Automatically sorting cap, capping, assembly, inspect, output, and can stop machine automatically when cap assembled unqualified.  
2. Cap feeding inspected by photoelectricity eye inspection, to make sure there will be enough cap,if not the machine will stop automatically.
3. The machine will stop automatically when unqualified finished cap come out. 
4. Counting automatically,accurately reflect the production Easy to operate,simply maintenance,Effectively improve the productivity,Greatly reduces the labor intensity.
